Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.

Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.

Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

Intellectual Property

All custom-developed solutions remain the property of Havesys until full payment is received.Upon complete payment, ownership rights of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.Havesys reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Share required content, credentials, and approvals on time.
• Review and approve project milestones promptly.

Confidentiality

Havesys respects client confidentiality. Any sensitive business information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, payment gateways, or APIs. Havesys is not responsible for any disruptions, failures, security issues, or losses arising from third-party platforms or services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payments for all completed work and approved milestones up to the termination date remain payable.

• Written notice is required for termination.
• Completed work remains chargeable.
• Pending invoices must be cleared before project closure.

Modifications

Havesys reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
